US elections: The significance of Super Tuesday In the US, it is the eve of the biggest day in the Democratic presidential campaign. Voters in 14 states will decide on "Super Tuesday" who they want to run against Donald Trump in November.
Pete Buttigieg will not be on the ballot after pulling out of the race, telling supporters he no longer saw a chance of winning.
The front-runners appear to be Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden.
