How to Install Color Lookup Tables (LUTs) in Lightroom

LUTs (Lookup tables) are all the rage in Lightroom, and here's how to install them (it's easy, but it's weird because you install them in Photoshop's Camera Raw, and then they appear in Lightroom, but even knowing that, the import dialog is hidden. Again, easy if you follow along, but this one is so hidden you've never just stumble upon it (well, I sure wouldn't have anyway).
