💉What is an Injection Pour? 1st Attempt -Acrylic Pour Technique💉
Sorry for the embarrassing typo at the very beginning. I just spotted it as I am about to publish.

I don't watch a lot of others' videos on acrylic pouring after I started doing my own. I am just worried I might diverge from my own path and subconsciously copy others. I feel like my own approach will be more authentic if I just take inspiration from my own process and continue to explore and perfect my unique creations. BUT! That being said, there are a few sweet viewers and friends I've made along the way that I watch religiously. Cathleen Ozmore is one of those. Her channel is COZ Creations Art and I know most of you have heard me mention her before and also watch her videos. Anyway, she did a video back in January where she did a flip cup and then injected her satin enamel white into and under. Here is the link to that video.
I don't feel comfortable working with the satin enamel as I don't really understand what KIND of paint it is and haven't had a lot of luck researching it. So I wanted to try the technique with just the regular Golden Fluid Acrylics mix. I knew the injection would emulate the swipe since the color would end up UNDER the base layer in certain areas. I was happy with the results of this technique but not with my composition necessarily. BUT I've been playing with digital manipulation and symmetry and have started selling prints on
and came up with several versions from this painting, including the one you see in the thumbnail.
