HIIT #97 is lunge & squat free (by special request from a long time subscriber!). This 20 minute full body HIIT workout is low impact, but still high intensity (there are a few high impact options if you feel you need them). Tone muscle, burn fat, and improve your physical fitness - not just in the time you're working out, but the next 24 hours as you recover. I'm using 5 pound hand-weights; use a weight that works for you, or simply mimic the upper body moves without any weights.
