Hundreds of dodgy childcare providers rorting the system have been named and shamed online by the government. Up to 380 centres have been sprung since 2018, equaling to $3 billion saved in taxpayer money.
The most fraudulent state ranked is New South Wales with four services listed last year.
Authorities said spotting a fake can be as easy as looking into longevity or if it's run by reputable organisers.
