Prop 47 enables robbers and looting - viral video shows people robbing Walgreens

Prop 47 in California removed threat of jail for stealing less than $900 worth of property (among other things). As a "viral video" showing thieves brazenly robbing a Walgreens shows, citizens are on their own -- the criminals now are being encouraged. This is what "social justice" looks like -- brazen robbers and timid helpless citizens. If you aren't a criminal, this should make you *MAD AS HELL*!
