1. Must decorate either a kitchen table or dining room table

2. Must use Red or have something Red in your Tablescape because February is Go Red for Heart Health Awareness month

3. Must mention Host and Co Hosts in your video as well as add channel links in the description box of your video.

4. Participates must wear something Red it can be a red shirt, red hat, red dress etc.

5. If you would like to dedicate your Tablescape in memory of someone you lost to heart disease or stroke you can but it's not required.

6. Title your video "Go Red for Heart Health Awareness Month 2020"

7. Use hashtag #goredforhearthealthtablescape2020"

8. Upload your video on Friday, February 28, 2020 at 11:00 am central Time

9. Have Fun

*This will be a yearly challenge for anyone who would like to participate.

We would like to bring awareness to women as well as men about the importance of keeping a healthy heart, not being stressed out, eating healthy, and exercising.
