Team India is all set to play 2nd test match against New Zealand in Christchurch. In the press conference, Ravi Shastri said that he is not like one of those kind of coaches who tell somebody that should be done without having an answer. Speaking about his way of coaching, Ravi Shastri said, "You, generally, do that when you see something is not right and you have a solution for it. I am not like one of those kind of coaches who tell you that should be done without having an answer. And, you don't go there all the time. If you see something that is valid, it makes sense to go and tell them and then again, it's up to the individual. If he sees merit in that, it is good." He further spoke on test match between India and New Zealand, "I thought conditions for New Zealand were far better on day one when it came to ball. The pitch eased out when India bowled. Having said that you said familiarity with the home conditions. So, out guys know what to expect."
