As of last week I have officially started my lean bulk! After failing to gain weight at a reasonable rate in the past, this is my newest attempt at finally breaking the cycle and making a complete body transformation. My goal with this lean bulk is to bring my current body weight of 171/172 and end up in the mid 180s. I will focus a good amount of my time to more hypertrophy based training for my upper body and more of a "powerbuilding" approach to my lower body. This is the approach that I will take as an early intermediate lifter. My goal with this series is to show you everything that I do to make this bulk successful.
