Bono and Mary Robinson to launch "The Drive for Five: A Call to Action to Educate Adolescent Girls" in the presence of the United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres.

The Permanent Mission of Ireland will host a high level event at the United Nations focussed on Girls’ Education. Working with partners including the One Foundation, the Global Partnership for Education and UN Women we aim to put a spotlight on adolescent girls’ education and to launch a movement for five transformative actions to get all adolescent girls into school and provide them with quality, relevant education in supportive, safe and healthy environments.
