Everyone sees the physical transformation and physical changes I’ve made over the years, but just want to share how these physical changes have positively affected my mental health. We don’t really talk about mental health as much but I’ve really realized how important it is by just not feeling right even though externally it looked like I got nothing to worry about. But physical activity or bodybuilding in my case is still like therapy for me and has given me a outlet to just be myself without judgement. So just wanted to share this hoping it helps even 1 person make a positive change in their physical health. .
