Labor Party has 'abandoned its roots': Roberts

Labor Party has 'abandoned its roots': Roberts Labor's decision to "abandon" its root and target the "activists" vote has led to the party losing its working-class roots, according to One Nation Senator Malcolm Roberts.

“The Labor Party has abandoned its roots, abandoned workers and gone for the PC brigade,” he told Sky News host Peter Gleeson.

Speaking broadly about recent divisions within the National Party and the Labor Party, Mr Roberts said the Coalition was “making a mess of things” by focusing on messaging.
