Recipe:
• 4 litres of vegetable stock
• 0.5 cups of salt
• 1/4 cups of sugar
• 1 tbsp of pepper
• 1.5 tbsp of ginger
Leave turkey marinade for a night
Next Day:
• Butter - 100g
• 2 chopped garlic cloves
• 1 zest of orange
• 0.5 lemon zest
• 0.5 tsp of salt
• Pepper
• Thyme
Mix everything with butter and stuff the turkey.
Distribute under the skin.
Stuffing of turkey:
• 2 oranges cut into 4-6 parts
• 1 large onion is 4 parts
• 3 cloves of garlic
To tie the legs use culinary thread
Secure the turkey with skewers
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 140-150 degrees for 3 hours.
Check the temperature of the turkey with a thermometer. The maximum temperature should be 65-70 degrees celsius.
