DIY Fabric Face Mask with an Opening to Place Air Filters Tutorial (English) Do not have enough masks? Feel tired of queuing to buying masks? Here's a tutorial of hand sewing your own masks. By inserting an air filter into the fabric mask, it could protect you from virus similar to surgical mask. Though a fabric mask cannot function 100% as a surgical mask, still it's a good choice if you are running out of masks during the period of outbreak of coronavirus.

***Remember to wash your fabric mask and change the air filter everyday. If you don't know where to buy air filters, you may consider using dried anti-bacterial wet wipes which are also good substitutes of air filters.***

Materials: Waterproof non-woven fabric (e.g. melt-blown), Ordinary non-woven fabric, Elastic strap (22cm) X2, 2/3 of A4 paper pattern, Needle & thread, Sewing pins.
