There are many myths and misconceptions about remote teams, which stops companies from building these awesome teams. I presented the latest facts and trends and spoke about what it takes to build remote teams. Remote teams are the future of work. We are still in the learning stages of managing such teams, however, the benefits to the company and society are undeniable and I look forward to a world where remote workers are as common as traditional 9-5 in-office workers.
